ABOUT JOHN PAUL

Hello everyone. My name is John Paul Lopez, but many call me JP. I'm an aspiring young artist from New Mexico, working my way to true growth and change within society.

Beginning my art journey when I was three years old, I always had a pencil, crayon, marker, paint brush, or drawing toy in my hands, creating whatever was in my mind. I've always loved to create for myself and my community with deep love. Today, that history continues, and I hope for it to continue for as long as I live.

I began my graphic design story about 2 years ago, creating quick designs on Canva & Procreate for my grandma's local bakery. I started out of pure joy and a desire to help, but I didn't realize it was opening a door to a new artistic style I never thought I could reach.

A year later, I enrolled in a year-long digital design course, pairing it with my own research to push my knowledge even further. During this time, I began to feel limited by Canva. Over the past year, I've been actively mastering professional design software to elevate my craft. However, till this day, I proudly remain a work in progress.

My main goal with creating, ever since I was a child, has been to apply a foundation of heart to foster real growth at an evolutionary rate. I hope to grow a community by helping others with their unique visions, and turn them into a timeless heart-felt product.
